In partnership with The Library Center, join us for our monthly book club! Each month we will select a board game and a book with similar theme to discuss and play.

For September, we will play Wingspan, a beautiful game for 1-5 players where you build up your aviary preserve. This one is a hit with gamers of all kinds.

We will be reading Better Living Through Birding: Notes from a Black Man in the Natural World by Christian Cooper. This new release is equal parts memoir, travelogue, and primer on the art of birding, this is Cooper’s story of learning to claim and defend space for himself and others like him.
